Work for 5 of our systems at my office using Sage 50 2017, Office 365 (2016 32-bit ver.) and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. while Sage and Outlook are up and running. You can now use the E-mail feature for quotes, invoices, etc. Check off x86 and click Ok.Ħ - A new dialog box will ask to locate the driver, point it towards the file you've download in step 1.ħ - That's it.

BULLZIP PDF PRINTER 32 BIT UPDATE
I fixed it using an update found through the Microsoft Update Catalog. This creates an issue speaking to the 32-bit Office. Seems that the Amyuni Document Creator 550 driver installed by Sage runs as a 64-bit driver. I noticed that people posted about other PDF creators with no success. VOILA! EVERYTHING WORKS!įound a solution to the issue of Sage 50 (we run 2017) and Office 2016 (32-bit). The PDF printer and then changed the Sage 50 E-Mail Writer to use the Bullzip PDF Printer as the driver. Free version, they send you an email link now to download it. The REAL SOLUTION (which has worked for me now on 3 computers with Windows 7 and Office 2016) is to just get a different, FREE PDF printer.

When you restart Sage/Peachtree, the spooler has been released and will allow another document to be sent to email because it will grab that spooler driver again. This is NOT the case! The document DOES NOT SHOW UP after the first attempt If this were an actual Outlook problem, then the document would still hit the printing window (aka spool) and would fail only AFTER showing up there and disappearing. And then when it disappearedįrom the "what's printing" window, Outlook opened with the document attached. Had a quote open, and when I clicked the "Send" button peachtree, only THEN was it sending to the Print spooler to have the PDF created. To reproduce and isolate this, I had the print spooler window open. Also, if they tell you to go use a free PDF printer, I'm sure there will be contractual issues with that along with Terms of Use violations. Sage does not support and will not provide any solution to fixing this because they don't want to spend the money on updates to that PDF driver to give it to you. But there's no other option unless you fix it yourself. The driver: "amyuni document converter 300" has compatibility issues with office when releasing the document from itself when being directly The problem resides in the printer driver they're using for the PDF printing. The problem that Sage states that it is compatibility issue with Office 2013 and Office 2016 is a load of crap. Then go back to the Advanced tab and go back to step 5. SIDENOTE: IF the stuff on the advanced tab is greyed out, click the Sharing Tab and click "Share this printer" and enter in the administrator username and password. You DO NOT need to reboot or restart Peachtree. Some of you may have changed that while trying to troubleshoot.Ħ. Be sure "Print Directly to the Printer" is selected. Click the Advanced Tab > Driver Dropdown > Select "Bullzip PDF Printer"

(But if you're not running the 32 bit version of Office, it will never work since Sage 50 is a 32 bit software and can't load a 64 bit Office DLL.) I hope that helps, if you're not running a 64 bit operating system, then the above is not the issue / fix. (but not with the online 'cloud' browser-ey one, Send email through Outlook, and it definitely works with Outlook 2016. On 64 bit OS Sage 50 uses MAPI32.DLL in c:\windows\sysWOW64 to If the key isn't there, even if MAPI is perfectly ready to go, Sage 50 can't 'see' it. Sage 50 Canadian uses the key above to know whether MAPI is installed. The fix, in all cases, was to add this registry key: We are running 32 bit Outlook 2013 and now 2016 on 10 64 bit (Win 8.1 and Win 7 workstations, and were unable to send email from all but two of them from the (totally different) Canadian Sage 50 software.
